Employment Solicitor - 5+ Years PQE, Sheffield, Up to GBP 75,000
Legal 500 firm seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to handle a key role within the team. JOB REF: 9481
1. The firm is looking for an Employment Solicitor with at least 5 years' PQE in employment law, handling cases such as unfair dismissal, discrimination, redundancy, and TUPE. Responsibilities include drafting contracts, policies, and settlement agreements.
2. You will advise both employer and employee clients.
3. Represent clients in Employment Tribunal proceedings, provide strategic HR and employment advice, and conduct negotiations and mediations.
4. The ideal candidate will have experience in respondent and claimant work, with some supervisory experience preferred.
5. A proven track record in managing complex employment matters and delivering excellent client service is essential.
6. Senior Solicitors with the relevant experience may have the opportunity to become Head of Department.
