Wing Analysis Engineering Team
We are a dynamic and diverse group of structural engineers, technical experts, and program managers, all united by a passion for advancing innovative wing structures.
Positions: Lead Static Stress Engineers, Senior Static Stress Engineers. We will consider your skills for all relevant positions; if selected, we will determine the most suitable profile during the interview stage.
How you will contribute to the team
- Approve or authorise static structural deliverables, ensuring solutions meet rigorous safety and certification standards.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional leadership to define project requirements, manage technical scopes, and steer engineers and suppliers.
- Influence and innovate the future of aerospace by collaborating across teams to integrate automated workflows and optimisation tools into the development lifecycle.
- Drive the professional growth of the team and shape the next generation of engineers by fostering both technical expertise and leadership behaviours.
Qualifications
- Hold a degree in Engineering with a Structural Analysis background.
- Proficient in static analysis processes, methods, and toolsets (such as ISAMI, GISEH, and Finite Element Analysis).
- Strong understanding of aircraft structural layouts, loading, and the mechanics of materials.
- Essential requirements on Delegated Technical signatories:
- Senior Static Stress Engineers: Industry recognised Stress Approval (Check) and Authorisation or capability to achieve the latter within a short timeframe.
- Lead Static Stress Engineers: Industry recognised Stress Approval (Check) Signatory or capability to achieve this within a short timeframe.
- Ability to collaborate and influence within a dynamic team to drive decisions; as a Lead and Senior Engineer you should be able to collaborate with stakeholders and influence decisions within a complex network at a strategic level.
- Interest in developing digital solutions associated with engineering activities; Python proficiency is advantageous.
