About the Team
We work as a Family Help Team with families including those needing Family Help Assessment, Targeted Early Support, Children in Need, those on the Edge of Care or Child Protection and Court, and children in care until they have a permanency plan or reunification plan. Our Family Help Team is multi‑agency with Family Support Worker, Family Practitioners, Social Workers, Systemic Consultants, PCSO’s and NHS Nurse – all working together to meet the holistic needs of families to reduce risk and keep families together.
We work with families under the principles of Restorative Practice to identify plans that meet each family’s needs and are used with every family to help them identify positive change and develop a plan that works for them. If you would like to join a team which strives for the best outcomes for the children and families we work with, embraces new social work practices and offers a supportive learning environment for social workers to develop their skills, we want to hear from you.
We are part of Warwickshire County Council’s Children and Families service.
