Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Warrington for a Customer Service Assistant. The role involves assisting customers, addressing inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining an excellent service experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling customer transactions, resolving issues, and ensuring the store environment remains welcoming and organized. The position requires collaboration with team members to uphold the high standards synonymous with the Morrisons brand.
Qualifications
Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues
Experience in Customer Service and Customer Support with a focus on problem-solving and providing satisfactory outcomes
Excellent Communication skills, ensuring clear and professional interactions
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a proactive attitude and attention to detail
Previous experience in retail or customer-facing roles is beneficial
