This role is ideal for a passionate and experienced trainer who wants to shape the next generation of leaders and managers across our business.
As a Management Development Trainer, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating engaging management development programmes that support our people in achieving excellence at every level. You will play a vital role in developing the leadership capability across our operational teams and management community.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver a range of management and leadership development courses, workshops, and coaching sessions to internal employees at all levels.
* Facilitate both classroom-based and virtual learning sessions, ensuring an interactive and high-impact experience.
* Assess learner progress, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate training and development records.
* Design and continuously improve learning content and materials to align with business objectives and modern learning practices.
* Support the development and rollout of talent and succession programmes across the Group.
* Collaborate with managers and department heads to identify learning needs and tailor solutions to meet operational goals.
* Represent Kelly Group in a professional manner, promoting our values, culture, and commitment to continuous improvement.
* Ensure compliance with company and client learning standards and quality assurance processes.

* A recognised teaching, training, or coaching qualification (CIPD L&D, ILM, CMI, or equivalent desirable).
* Experience working with middle or senior managers in a learning environment (desirable).
