The Role
The Junior Financial Planner will sit within a top performing team who are generating significant client business. This is an integral role taking responsibility for a selection of clients and delivering high quality, personalised financial planning advice under supervisio
n.
The Junior Financial Planner will conduct client meetings (jointly with a Senior Director), ensuring clear communication of recommendations and strate
gy.
The Junior Financial Planner will prepare and present financial plans, ensuring they align with clients’ goals, risk profiles, and regulatory standa
rds.
Use existing paraplanning expertise to produce accurate technical calculations, cashflow modelling, and suitability reports. There will be Paraplanning support also prov
ided.
The Junior Financial Planner will support the Financial Advice process by researching products, providers, and solutions aligned with client objec
tives.
Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge on taxation, investments, pensions, protection, and broader financial planning consider
ations.
The Junior Financial Planner will confidently draft and co-ordinate technical documents and research for client presentations, maintain accurate records, prepare review packs and pre-meeting materials and continuously look for ways to improve the suitability report t
emplate.
