Qualified Social Worker, Children with Disabilities Team
Pay rate to £39 per hour

We are recruiting for an experienced Social Worker to work in a Children with Disabilities team in Tameside.
Job Purpose
The successful candidate will take the lead in supporting our Looked after Children who have a disability, however, will also support children who are in the process of assessment, being supported via a CIN plan and also CP, PLO and in proceedings. We are looking for someone who is aspirational for our young people, ensuring that plans and interventions are impactful, and that children and young peoples voices are central. Working closely with parents and carers, you will ensure that permanence plans are reviewed including family time, life story work and transitions to adult social care.
