Working Hours: 6am – 11am, 4 shifts per week, Monday to Sunday

Role: Breakfast Customer Service Assistant
The breakfast period is one of the busiest at Vita Student. Your responsibilities include preparing, cooking, and presenting breakfast foods promptly, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring a clean, organized kitchen environment. You must adhere to food safety regulations and communicate effectively with the breakfast team.
1. Meet and greet residents and guests warmly and vibrantly.
2. Prepare, cook, and serve breakfast foods efficiently.
3. Keep the kitchen workspace clean and organized.
4. Follow food safety regulations.
5. Respect residents and facilities, promoting a positive environment.
6. Monitor stock levels, communicate needs to the site manager, and assist with ordering supplies.
7. Respond helpfully to questions, queries, and requests.
8. Ensure the breakfast and kitchen areas are tidy.
9. Deep-clean equipment like fridges and ovens as needed.
10. Replenish refreshments such as coffee, tea, milk, and vending products.
11. Act as the primary contact for incidents or emergencies onsite.

* Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment and knowledge of kitchen regulations.
* Technologically savvy, supporting seamless operations.

* Excellent communication skills; multilingual skills are a plus.

* Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks, with adjustments if needed.
