Job Description:
Vickerstock is partnering with a leading European manufacturing company to appoint a Purchasing Administrator. This role is a great opportunity for those looking to start or develop their career in purchasing or supply chain management. It is also suitable for candidates with experience in similar roles. The position offers a competitive starting salary up to £27,000, with potential to earn a CIPS qualification after 12 months.

Key responsibilities:
* Process purchase orders and invoices efficiently.
* Manage and resolve invoice queries promptly.
* Generate and develop regular reports.
* Administer supplier approvals and material code management.
* Maintain and update pricing records accurately.
* Process and report TSS customs declarations.
* Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing local contracts and agreements.
* Perform other purchasing-related duties as required.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar role or relevant degree (Supply Chain, Economics, Accounting, Finance).
* Proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivots, VLOOKUPs).
* SAP experience is desirable.
* Confident and effective communication skills.
