About the role
I run a Los Angeles–based interior design studio and growing social media brand. I'm looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant who can help keep projects moving, support client workflows, and assist with content production and social media.

What you'll help with
Project & Client Management
Help keep interior design projects moving and organized
Maintain and update client action lists and deadlines
Remind me of tasks, reviews, and follow-ups
Assist with general project management and admin support
Research and find replacement products when items are rejected or out of stock
Specifications & Procurement (Programa)
Learn and use Programa (specification software)
Enter product information into specification sheets
Calculate and track:
Trade discounts
Shipping costs
Sales tax
Savings per item and total project savings
Content & Social Media Support
Assist with video editing and content repurposing:
Cut dead air and tighten pacing
Light zooms and basic editing
Add clean subtitles
For every video:
Create 1–2 carousel posts
Create 1 quote graphic
Create 1 still/frame pull or slide
Help outsource additional media work when needed
Respond to comments and help with basic social engagement
Ideal Candidate
You might be perfect for this role if you are:
Highly organized and proactive
Detail-oriented and comfortable with numbers
Comfortable learning new tools and workflows
Familiar with social media and basic video editing
Interested in interior design or creative industries
Bonus (not required):
Experience with Programa or similar tools
Experience with Canva, CapCut, Premiere, or similar
Experience working with designers or creative businesses
Compensation
Part-time contractor role (10–20 hrs/week)
Competitive hourly rate based on experience
