Summary
We are seeking to appoint an individual who:
* Has experience of supporting individual needs and understands how students learn
* Has an enthusiasm for coaching and nurturing
* Has experience of working with small groups and providing 1:1 support (desirable)
* Is able to work as part of a team and be flexible to the needs and priorities of the academy
* Is an excellent practitioner with high expectations and aspirations for students
* Is proficient with the use of IT to support learning
* Is willing to promote academy ethos and support our extra-curricular programmes
