Job Title: Part-time Administrator
Location: Bishopsgate, City of London
Pay: £14 - £16 per hour
Contract Duration: Temporary, 3 months
Hours: Part-time, 3 days a week (Hybrid working available)

Our client is seeking a dynamic Administrator to join their team for a temporary role in the heart of London! With the office just a 2-minute walk from Liverpool Street train station, this position offers both convenience and a chance to contribute to impactful projects.
Responsibilities:
Receive, process, and manage a large volume of incoming and outgoing project documents.
Log and track documents into the internal document management system (manual data entry required).
Set up new internal documents and maintain accurate records of their status and location.
Provide high-level administrative assistance to the Document Controller.
Prepare document transmittals for internal and external distribution.
Support engineers and project managers with document-related requests and queries.
Email finalised documents to clients upon engineering review.
Ensure compliance with internal document control procedures and external client requirements.
Maintain version control and update logs to track document revisions and approvals.
organise and maintain physical and digital filing systems for technical and project documents.
Archive outdated or completed documents as per company procedures.
Communicate with third parties, suppliers, and clients regarding document submissions and requirements.
Coordinate the flow of documentation between internal departments and external stakeholders.
Who Are We Looking For?
Strong administrative background with exceptional attention to detail.
Experience with document management systems or similar tools (training can be provided).
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Comfortable with manual data entry and document handling.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Team-oriented, flexible, and proactive.
