We are currently recruiting an experienced Temporary Purchase Ledger Assistant to work for a growing and thriving business based in Enderby, Leicestershire. This is a great opportunity if you enjoy a fast-paced, high-volume processing environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Processing purchase invoices
2. Gaining authorisation
3. Liaising with line managers for authorisation
4. Organising payments
5. Allocating transactions onto the system
6. General finance-related duties
Ideal Candidate:
1. Previous experience within a purchase ledger function
2. Used to dealing with high volume invoice processing
3. Strong communication skills at all levels
4. Good IT skills including Excel
5. Able to work to deadlines
6. Team player
