Key Responsibilities
* Leadership & Team Development: Partner with the Store Manager to lead a motivated, engaged, high‑performing team; foster a collaborative work environment; drive training and development; communicate transparently; keep the team well‑informed with product knowledge.
* Operational Excellence: Assist with the smooth day‑to‑day running of the store; maintain visual merchandising and housekeeping standards; prioritise health and safety (risk assessments); recruit and retain top talent.
* Sales & Performance: Support meeting and exceeding sales targets; monitor KPIs; oversee stock levels and replenishment; implement loss prevention strategies.
* Customer Experience: Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service; address feedback promptly; represent Mountain Warehouse professionally; build community connections.
