The Opportunity:
SRUC is seeking an experienced administrator to be a member of a flexible Faculty Office administration team that collectively delivers customer-focused and efficient student - and research - facing administrative services, as delegated to each post-holder by the Head of Faculty Administration, in areas which may include but are not limited to:
1. Class timetabling
2. Examination timetabling
3. Student enrolment and registration
4. Data entry
5. Attendance registers
6. Receipt and return of course work
7. Faculty finance-related functions
8. Faculty quality systems
9. Graduation and prize-giving
10. Student admissions process
11. Student induction
12. Student discipline, formal complaints and student appeals
13. Schools delivery
14. Open and Applicant days, and other events
15. Research activity
16. Development and delivery of grant applications
17. Links with industry bodies and associations
