Must have’s
* Experience working with a CRM system, ideally Bullhorn or another recruitment CRM
* Strong understanding of database management, segmentation, and data quality
* Ability to analyse campaign performance including engagement and conversion metrics
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Confident collaborating with recruiters and internal teams
Nice to have’s
* Experience working in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition
* Knowledge of Bullhorn CRM or similar recruitment technology
* Experience running LinkedIn or social media marketing campaigns
* Experience using sourcing or talent intelligence tools such as SourceBreaker
So, what will you be doing?
* Managing and maintaining the Bullhorn CRM database ensuring accuracy and segmentation
* Creating and delivering targeted email marketing campaigns to candidates and clients
* Building segmented mailing lists to support recruitment campaigns
* Supporting recruiters with candidate pipeline marketing activity
* Analysing campaign performance including open rates, engagement, and conversions
* Developing talent communities across key sectors
* Supporting social media activity across LinkedIn and other channels
* Promoting live jobs, candidate availability, and market insights
* Ensuring GDPR compliance across CRM and marketing activity
* Identifying opportunities to improve automation, workflows, and engagement
