What You’ll Do
As our Communications Manager, you will:

* Collaborate with various departments to gather insights and share key updates, celebrating achievements along the way.
* Organise and facilitate internal events that promote a positive workplace culture.
* Monitor and evaluate communication initiatives, refining strategies based on feedback and analytics.
What We’re Looking For

* Proven experience in external communications and branding, in a pharma setting being essential.
* Experience in internal communications, in a corporate or pharma setting.
* Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for diverse audiences.
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
* A creative mindset, with the ability to think outside the box and bring fresh ideas to the table.
* Proficiency in digital communication tools and platforms.
