Overview
Building Services Administrator, RECRUITMENT HELPLINE – an experienced Building Services Administrator to join a well-established company based in Kings Langley, Hertfordshire. They provide Mechanical, Electrical, Fabric and Management services for a wide range of buildings spanning the public, residential, commercial and private sectors.
The successful candidate will be assisting the busy helpdesk with raising jobs, booking in emergency / reactive call outs and routine maintenance visits, dealing with incoming calls and emails, providing quotations to clients, raising purchase orders, ordering materials, general admin and filing.
Candidate requirements
* Previous experience in a similar position is preferred.
* Live within a commutable distance to Kings Langley, Hertfordshire.
* Good communication skills.
* Attention to detail.
* Organisational skills.

Working hours
