We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Clinical Practice Educator to play a pivotal role in delivering and evolving our Training and Development Programme. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of Specialist Palliative Care education within our organisation and beyond. This role is central to strengthening collaborative partnerships, generating sustainable income through external training provision, supporting service growth, and ensuring we meet our statutory clinical training requirements. You will have significant influence on staff progression, professional development, and the continued delivery of exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities
* Delivery of a collaborative Specialist Palliative Care Training Programme in partnership with key stakeholders.
* Establish and deliver a high-quality external training programme, supporting income generation and service growth.
* Work alongside our clinical teams to ensure all internal services consistently deliver outstanding standards of patient care.
* Strengthen external services knowledge and understanding of specialist palliative and end-of-life care.
* Support compliance with statutory training requirements and regulatory standards.
* Lead and contribute to clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives.
* Drive new clinical training initiatives through effective project management.
