Archer Resourcing have a unique opportunity for a Senior Social Worker to join the team in Ipswich, working within the Adult and Community service.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Undertake court proceedings & carry caseloads.
* Carry out stringent assessment and presenting reports to panel.
* Ensure that at all times you work with a commitment to Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of the service users
* To develop realistic and achievable action plans and trajectories, to measure the progress made by individuals
Requirements:
* Degree in Social Work
* Significant relevant experience of working in Adults Services
* Excellent communication skills, and the ability to work flexibly and creatively
* Openness to learning, as well as new ways of working
* Experience in supporting other practitioners; or relevant transferrable skills with a desire to progress
* Current registration with an appropriate regulatory/professional body
