Build Recruitment are looking for a Mobile Electrician to join a team working across Stoke. This is a permanent, full-time role, working 40 hours per week. There is also an on-call rota. On offer is a competitive salary, company vehicle and benefits package.

What will you deliver?
1. Maintenance and repair of Electrical Systems
2. Excellent fault finding and diagnosis skills a must
3. Carry out Installation work and complete appropriate Certification
4. Operation and interrogation of BMS
5. Basic knowledge in building fabric repairs
6. Ensure all PPM is carried out in accordance with the maintenance specification and documented in real time using the PDA to log start/wait/stop completion and travel times with appropriate comments to evidence completion of work
7. Update customers CAFM system in real time with start/wait/stop completion times and provide full description of works undertaken, advising of any follow-on works required
8. Attend site in response to breakdowns or failures of the equipment outside of normal working hours (call outs). Take part in the regional on-call rota

Who are you?
20. A recognised industry qualification will be required, and previous experience is essential
21. QC Number required
22. 18th Edition is essential
23. Trade qualified Electrician with at least 5-years post apprenticeship experience
24. Legionella awareness (preferable – can provide training)
25. Asbestos awareness (preferable but not essential)
26. MEWP Licence (preferable but not essential)
27. First aid trained (preferable but not essential)
28. Must have a full clean drivers licence
This role includes a DBS Enhanced with Barred Lists check therefore ability to pass is essential.
