The Administrative / Customer Service Representative will play a key role in supporting our daily operations and ensuring excellent customer service. This dual-role position involves performing administrative tasks while also addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Customer Administration
1. Sales Order booking - Enters new Sales Order information into SAP
2. Raise Invoices - Assists Contract Manager or the Project Manager in identifying specific contract actions and notifications to meet contractual requirements during the execution of the project. Assists during the identification of the contract baseline, and development of wall chart.
3. Receipting of Supplier invoices - Receipt supplier invoices to specific jobs and projects
4. Project administration - Prepare paperwork and catering for project Factory Testing visits.
5. Answer and direct incoming calls and email
6. Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally
7. Resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring satisfaction
8. Process orders, returns, and exchanges
9. Provide information about products, services, and policies
10. Maintain customer records and update account information
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS / EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
11. Medium level ability with Microsoft Outlook, MS Suite and SAP
12. Minimum 12 months experience in administration
