We have an opportunity available for a Business Analyst to join us and play a key role within our development teams, working on software development projects for a wide variety of government and international clients.
We have a hybrid workplace; you can work from home and our office in the centre of Cardiff. Ideally, you'll work from the office 2-3 days per week to collaborate with key staff. The role:
* Documenting and modelling processes and work flows
* Organising and chairing workshops with clients and development teams
* Interpreting product visions and goals into requirements/user stories for the development teams
* Monitoring the product backlog and ensuring it's well stocked
* Helping to identify and capture business issues
* Contributing to continuous improvement
* Advocating for agile best practices
Essential skills:
* Experience performing a business analyst role within an agile environment
* Sound knowledge of the software development lifecycle and an understanding of technical terminology
* Ability to analyse and understand customer domain in detail
* Comfortable and articulate facilitating workshops and presenting to high profile clients
Desirable but not essential skills:
* Experience using Azure DevOps
