Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Contract Manager to join our team in the heart of the home renovation industry. Responsibilities
* Oversee and manage all aspects of contract negotiations and agreements.
* Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
* Collaborate with project managers to align contract terms with project goals.
* Monitor project progress and address any contractual issues that arise.
* Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
* Prepare reports on contract performance and project status.
* Provide guidance and support to team members regarding contract-related matters.
* Continuously seek ways to improve contract management processes.
* Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Contract Manager or similar role in the construction or home renovation industry.
* Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful contract outcomes.
* Excellent management and organizational abilities.
* Proficiency in project management tools, including Microsoft Project.
* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Familiarity with legal terminology related to contracts.
* Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
* Relevant certifications in contract management or related fields are a plus.
