Recycling & Waste Services wish to recruit an individual to safely operate Waste Disposal plant, vehicles and equipment.
Role- Plant Operator
4 on 5 off shift pattern, 12.5% shift allowance
Working 14 days in every 28, including 2 weekends
Monday – Friday 7am -7pm
Saturday & Sunday 7am – 4pm
NPORS operator qualifications for a Materials Re-Handler (NPORS N722) & Industrial Telescopic Handler (NPORS NO10) are required to operate the existing plant.
A driving licence with Category CE (Class 1/ Artic), a valid driver qualification card (CPC) and driver card (tachograph card) would be an advantage.
Experience of operating a Multi Lift & Drop Hook Loader Vehicle (NPORS N225) and Skip Lorries (NPORS N219) would be beneficial.
Training will be provided to the successful candidate where required.
