Internal Communications Assistant - INTERNAL APPLICANTS ONLY
The role can be performed from any Succession office location on a hybrid basis, with occasional travel to for team meetings, training and events etc.
We’re looking for an organised, proactive and creative Internal Communications Assistant who thrives on clarity, collaboration and high quality delivery. This role is central to how colleagues across Succession stay informed, feel connected and understand what’s happening across our business.
Working within the Brand & Corporate Affairs team and supporting the Head of Internal Communications, you’ll help shape engaging communication experiences - bringing structure, insight and thoughtful storytelling to the way we share information.
The Role
Content Creation & Delivery
1. Draft, edit and publish compelling content for internal channels, including news stories, leadership updates and campaign materials.
2. Turn complex information into clear, accessible messaging that supports understanding and engagement.
3. Create communication assets such as presentations, scripts and digital resources.
Channel & Platform Management
4. Support the use and continuous development of our colleague engagement platform (Workvivo).
5. Maintain and refresh intranet content to ensure accuracy, clarity and usability.
6. Monitor analytics to understand engagement and inform ongoing improvements.
Planning, Coordination & Collaboration
7. Manage incoming communication requests, ensuring messages align with our tone of voice and organisational priorities.
8. Maintain the internal communications calendar to support timely, well coordinated activity across channels.
9. Work closely with colleagues, senior leaders and teams across the business to support key initiatives and internal events.
