About You
Are you motivated to help students with SEN thrive? Whether you have experience supporting children with autism, ADHD, dyslexia, or other learning differences—or you’re just starting your career in education—we have roles that suit your skills. Requirements
* Experience in a support role within a school (desirable but not essential)
* Knowledge of SEN strategies to support students with autism, ADHD, dyslexia, learning disabilities, and other needs
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and behaviour management skills
* Patience, empathy, and ability to build positive, meaningful relationships with students and staff
* Flexibility to adapt across different school settings and SEN environments
