Internal Sales Specialist – Product Sales
This position is responsible for the generation of revenue from existing Envea products (Envea and Partner solutions), supporting international sales teams, protecting project margins, and ensuring a standardized, high-performance sales culture.
Role Purpose
The Internal Sales Specialist serves as the customer-facing administrative and commercial "backbone" for local and international sales organizations. The focus is on speed, accuracy, and technical data integrity throughout the quote-to-order lifecycle, ensuring that only viable, high-value opportunities progress through the pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
* Quote & Order Management.
* Accurate Quoting: Generate professional and technically accurate quotes for the ENVEA product range.
* Margin Protection: Apply control procedures and common sense to discounts.
* Order Processing: Accurately transition equipment orders into the relevant ENVEA Hub, ensuring that the final order perfectly matches the approved quote.
* Technical Validation: Follow up on missing technical data to prevent order processing delays and downstream engineering problems.
* Opportunity Qualification & Routing.
* Inbox Management: Manage regional sales inboxes, acting as the first point of contact for new enquiries.
* Lead Qualification:
o Route high-complexity or bespoke projects to the appropriate Field Salesperson.
o Directly manage and close "Product-only" or standard application sales.
* Salesforce & Digital Excellence.
* Single Source of Truth: Maintain 100% data accuracy within Salesforce opportunities and leads.
* Documentation: Ensure all customer‑specific documentation (Vendor forms, SSF’s, and commercial documentation ) are handled and stored correctly.
* Partner Support: Aid in the engagement of partners through the Salesforce portal.
* Collaborative Support.
o Provide administrative and quoting support to external sales teams as defined by regional requirements.
o Assist in the follow‑up of marketing campaigns to ensure high-quality lead conversion.

* CRM/ERP Mastery: Familiarity with Salesforce (preferred) and ERP systems (e.g., Sage).
* Technical Literacy: Ability to learn the ENVEA product range and understand technical requirements.
* Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills; ability to interact with global stakeholders.
* Productivity: Fully competent with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).

Location & Package
Location: High‑trust role with Hybrid Working permitted after training. Ideally based within 2 hours of an ENVEA facility for occasional meetings.
