Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate Part Time Morning and / or Evening Care Assistant to join our team in Harlow. This role is perfect for someone who wishes to make a significant difference in the lives of elderly individuals by providing them with the support they need in the comfort of their homes during the evening hours.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist clients with their evening routines, including personal care tasks such as bathing and dressing.
* Prepare evening meals and assist with feeding if necessary, adhering to any dietary restrictions.
* Provide companionship, engaging in conversation, and participating in activities that clients enjoy.
* Perform light housekeeping duties to ensure clients' living spaces are clean and comfortable.
* Offer medication reminders and assist with bedtime preparations.
* Ensure a safe environment for the client, addressing any immediate needs or concerns.
Hours
Evening shifts, typically starting from 6 pm to 10 pm. Flexibility is required, with the possibility of working weekends on a rotational basis.

Ideal Candidate
* Previous experience in a care setting is beneficial but not essential; full training will be provided.
* A warm, empathetic approach and a genuine passion for supporting others.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage positively with clients and their families.
* A reliable, organised, and flexible approach to work.
* Must have access to reliable transportation.
* Enhanced DBS check.
