Service Coordinator / Service Manager - Kings Norton
Salary £30K - £40K, 37.5 hours per week, pension, 25 days
To manage after-sales service and spare parts supply. A customer service-based role for a machinery manufacturer. Also involves visiting customers.
The role
* A non-technical role providing high-level, proactive customer service for the supply of spare parts and maintenance services
* Typically office-based with occasional customer visits
* Customer relationship and account management
* Visiting customers post-sale of machinery solutions
* Quotes & followup
* Ensuring spare parts are delivered on time

Requirements
* Service coordinator or service manager within an engineering environment
* Ideally, a background in spare parts and after-sales service
* Full driving licence and willingness to travel to customers as required
* Excellent organisation and communication skills
* Must have previous experience as; service coordinator, service supervisor, after sales manager, service manager, spares manager or similar
