Within Renfrewshire HSCP Primary Care Improvement services we are seeking to recruit a Community Treatment & Care Service /Phlebotomy (CTAC) Nurse Co-ordinator to support the development of our local Community Treatment & Care Service/ Phlebotomy (CTAC). Under the Clinical Team Lead you will be accountable for the co-ordination of activities and staff within a defined HSCP geographical area for all of the CTAC primary care service.
You will be an experienced 1st Level registered nurse who can evidence ongoing professional development, leadership and management skills. Previous experience in primary care, community or clinic settings will be advantageous. The post holder will function as an autonomous practitioner by virtue of in-depth knowledge, expertise, proficiency and experience in leading and enabling the treatment & care room nursing teams.. The post holder will provide reciprocal cover and will be required to work flexibly in terms of location to support the wider service. A clean, current full driving license is required. Please note this post is permanent 4 days a week.
