**Position: Void Administrator
Location: Walton-On-Thames
Contract: Full-Time ¦ Maternity Cover (Minimum 15 Months)

About Us**
At WPS, we're passionate about delivering high-quality property services and creating a supportive, collaborative work environment. We're now looking for a detail-driven Void Administrator to join our Voids team and help us keep things running smoothly during a key period.
What You'll Be Doing
As our Void Administrator, you'll play a vital role in managing the turnaround of void properties. You'll be the go-to person for keeping everything organised and on track.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update the void tracker
Create and manage spreadsheets (e.g. holiday tracker, van register)
Process annual leave requests
Invoice completed works
Prepare handover documents and void packs
Organise contractor compliance
Order supplies (PPE, stationery, welcome packs)
Issue job requests to contractors
Chase key documents (EPCs, asbestos surveys)
Run multiple databases to monitor progress and compliance

* Highly organised and detail-oriented
* A confident communicator across teams and contractors
* Proactive and able to manage multiple tasks
* Experienced in voids or social housing administration
* Familiar with property services or similar environments
