Marketing Coordinator (12 month FTC) London Competitive Salary Depending on Experience We are seeking a proactive, highly organised, and commercially aware Marketing Coordinator to own and manage the maintenance, development, and governance of marketing collateral across the business. This role requires strong coordination capabilities, confidence managing stakeholders, and the ability to independently oversee material updates within a regulated financial services environment. You will play a central role within the Marketing team, partnering closely with Sales, Product, and Compliance to ensure all materials remain accurate, timely, and aligned with brand and regulatory standards. You will also contribute to process improvement, workflow efficiency, and the overall structure and accessibility of the central materials library. Key Responsibilities Material Management & Content Oversight Design, update, and enhance a wide range of marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, U.S. converted documents, investor guides, and sales ideas. Maintain accuracy and alignment with brand and regulatory requirements across all collateral. Lead scheduled update cycles and ensure effective version control. Improve and refine templates to strengthen brand consistency and support team efficiency. Workflow, Prioritisation & Governance Manage and prioritise incoming material update requests from internal teams. Oversee the compliance approval process and ensure adherence to governance standards. Remain adaptable to shifting timelines and business needs while maintaining high quality output. Stakeholder Management & Collaboration Partner with Sales and Product teams to translate complex information into clear, compelling materials. Gather and validate inputs from multiple stakeholders to support timely and accurate updates. Provide thorough quality checks, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and consistency. Maintain an organised, accessible central library of materials. Support broader marketing initiatives as required. Skills & Experience Essential Strong organisational abilities with exceptional attention to detail. Advanced user of Microsoft PowerPoint with the ability to structure, refine, and elevate content. Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign or a strong ability to learn quickly. Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams while maintaining high standards. Experience applying brand guidelines and working with templated collateral frameworks. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent proofreading and quality checking capabilities. Confident working collaboratively with stakeholders across multiple teams. Desirable Experience in a regulated or financial services environment. Background in marketing, content production, operational support, or materials governance. Familiarity with compliance review workflows and document approval processes.
