About the role We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Manager to join our Sales and Marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving new business targets for corporate membership, corporate education, and other corporate sales. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent sales skills and a strong understanding of CRM systems. Key Responsibilities: Account Management : Maintain regular contact with corporate members and sponsors, manage their benefits, gather feedback, and address their needs and concerns promptly. Ensure all information and updates are correctly recorded in the CRM system. Membership Renewals : Manage membership renewals to minimize lapsed memberships and provide after-sales care to new corporate customers. Upselling Opportunities : Identify opportunities for upselling corporate education products and services, presenting tailored solutions to customers. Customer Engagement : Follow the BCI customer loop strategy to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction. Conduct regular checkups on customers to ensure they are making the most of their membership/sponsorship and gather their feedback. Collaboration : Work closely with the BD team to ensure seamless account management and support their efforts in acquiring new business. Collaborate with other departments (Accounts and Learning) to ensure clear communications and that all admin processes are followed correctly. Event Management : Process tickets for delegates attending BCI World Hybrid events.
