Alexander James Recruiting is currently working with a leading supplier pallet racking & storage systems looking to grow their projects/sales department and bring on a new Project/Sales Coordinator to assist with project delivery and sales quotes. With a competitive basic and a good overall package, this is a great opportunity for an individual working within the racking industry looking to get into a new role.
Responsibilities
Following up on in-bound sales leads and enquiries for racking & storage products
Preparing sales quotations and cost estimations for customers whilst advising and making recommendations based on your experience and product knowledge
Creating project schedules through evaluating material availability and managing client expectations
Using AutoCAD software to prepare sales drawings
Working closely with clients and external suppliers to ensure projects are delivered effectively and travelling to site when needed
Assisting with other areas of the business as and when requiredRequirements
Our client is interested in speaking with individuals that have a strong background in the Racking & Storage industry with an understanding of projects. They would be open to individuals with a experience in sales, project management, design, installations, coordinating or indeed any other role within the industry provided you have a strong grasp of health & safety practices within the industry and are a confident communicator. It is also essential that you hold a full, clean driver’s license. In terms of location, you must be based within commutable distance of Wakefield as the role will be office based.
