We are recruiting a highly organised and proactive Rental Reservations Executive to join one of our well-established clients' expanding teams in Milton Keynes.
This is a varied, customer-focused role where you will manage vehicle reservations, support sales activity, coordinate logistics, and work closely with internal teams and third-party suppliers to ensure a smooth rental experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage vehicle bookings and reservations using a central system
2. Support sales leads and respond to customer enquiries
3. Coordinate vehicle logistics with third-party suppliers
4. Maintain accurate vehicle data and manage vehicle downtime
5. Liaise with customers and internal teams on insurance, invoicing, and compliance
6. Handle customer issues and complaints in line with service standards
Skills & Experience:
7. Customer service or administrative experience (automotive desirable)
8. Experience managing multiple stakeholders
9. Confident using CRM systems
10. Accuracy and time management
11. Strong communication and organisational skills
