You'll play a key role within a close-knit technical team, influencing projects from early design through to delivery.This role will suit an experienced Development Engineer or an ambitious Engineer ready to step up, looking for more influence, autonomy, and long-term progression. You'll be joining a business where you're not just a number, with real opportunity to shape projects and progress into management.The business is a well-established housebuilder delivering high-quality residential developments across Cheshire and North Wales. With nearly a century of history and a strong pipeline of work, they are targeting significant growth over the next five years. Projects are traditional-build housing schemes, supported by a strong pre-development pipeline and consistent land investment.You'll oversee engineering design and coordination across multiple residential developments, ensuring projects are technically compliant, cost-effective, and delivered efficiently. You'll work closely with internal teams, consultants, and external stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.This role is ideal for someone with a housebuilding background who is technically strong, proactive, and keen to progress. You'll be comfortable managing multiple projects while contributing to a collaborative and supportive team environment.With clear plans for growth and succession, this role offers a defined pathway into Engineering Management.
