Chef de Partie at The Peel Hotel is a vital role located in the heart of our bistro. This position contributes significantly to our mission of delivering outstanding culinary experiences and ensuring guest satisfaction through high-quality food service.
Responsibilities
* Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to our menu standards.
* Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety in the kitchen.
* Assist in meal preparation and ensure timely service.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to create an efficient workflow.
* Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
* Ensure that all kitchen equipment is maintained and cleaned properly.
* Provide excellent customer service during meal service times.
* Stay updated on culinary trends to enhance menu offerings.
* Qualifications
* Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a professional kitchen environment.
* Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Be able to work a variety of shifts, Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
* Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not mandatory.
* Passion for culinary arts and delivering exceptional dining experiences.
