Education & Inclusion Occupational Therapist
As an Occupational Therapist in our Education and Inclusion Therapy Service, you will work within a high‑performing local authority, delivering impact therapy to children and young people in schools. The role is term‑time only (40 weeks per annum), offering excellent work‑life balance and a competitive salary broadly equivalent to NHS Band 7.
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with schools, families and professionals to support every child’s learning and daily activity independence.
* Deliver specialist assessments and interventions, contributing to EHCP provision.
* Support staff development in specialist settings and apply clinical expertise to support sensory and physical needs.
Qualifications
* Qualified Occupational Therapist with HCPC registration.
Adult Reablement Occupational Therapist
The Adult Reablement role utilises home visits to deliver holistic assessments, develop tailored intervention plans and review progress. The position is contract‑type and offers competitive hourly remuneration.
Responsibilities
* Carry out home visits to assess, plan and review intervention effectiveness.
Qualifications
* Qualified Occupational Therapist with HCPC registration.
Acute Mental Health Occupational Therapist
This acute mental health team requires an Occupational Therapist capable of supporting children and adults within a forensic or non‑forensic setting. The role covers multi‑agency collaboration and assessment of complex needs.
Responsibilities
* Deliver specialist assessments and interventions in acute mental health contexts.
* Contribute to EHCP provision and support staff development within multi‑agency teams.
Qualifications
* Professional Occupational Therapy qualification.
* Postgraduate certificate in Ayres Sensory Integration Therapy or equivalent.
* Registered with HCPC and RCOT.
* Experience within NHS, local authority or private sector, supporting children with complex needs.
