CSA is a privately owned business dedicated to nurturing and developing high selective brands in the UK Travel Retail channel. Established in 1991, it is the foremost fragrance and cosmetics agency in the UK TR market. As a Beauty Ambassador you will play a pivotal role in supporting Dolce and Gabbana brand values and driving retail sales at Luton Airport.
Role Purpose/Mission:
· Represents Dolce&Gabbana brand values
· Drives retail sales to achieve defined targets
· Ensures each customer receives excellent customer service, suggesting the right product for them and recruit new customers to the brands
· Adhere to the Grooming Guidelines always and ensure the counter and merchandising is always to brands standards and guidelines
Sales
· Achieve or exceed agreed retail sales target
· Support and develop sales of existing products as well as launches as per defined retail plan
· Recruit new consumers by actively approaching browsing passengers and introduce them to Dolce&Gabbana
· Always propose the complete services and try to increase IPT before closing the sale
· Use Samples / GWPS when available to drive sales
Service
· Ensure brands service standards are always adhered to
· Ask and listen to customer's needs and deliver the requested information on the brand and the products
· Maintain a good relationship with all colleagues and shop managers by supporting them in all aspects concerning your brand.
Product and Brand knowledge
· Proactively get brand and product knowledge by studying the training material provided
· Participate and keep up to date on the InTheKnow
· Participate actively in and attend all offered trainings and practice sales techniques
· Be able to communicate key features of all products
Point of Sale
· Ensure the product display strictly follows the provided planogram and all other brand VM guidelines
· Report out of stock or continuous low stock as well as overstock to the Retail Manager and attend stock surgeries in store for Dolce and Gabbana
· Always maintain a clean and immaculate counter
· Ensure all testers are clean and functional and displayed as per guidelines
· Liaise with the back of house team in DUFRY about MDQ levels and change accordingly for Dolce and Gabbana
· Display sales support material as per brand guidelines
Animations and Product Launches
· Actively introduce the promoted products to all passing passengers as per guidelines
· Support additional staff with commitment and product knowledge
Reporting
· Reports numbers and activities as agreed with Retail Manager
· Use the google forms to track personal sales and ensure it is completed at the end of each shift
