This practice prides itself on combining creativity with technical expertise to deliver sustainable, innovative, and cost-effective design solutions. The successful candidate will play a key role in turning exciting concepts into buildable realities.

🎯 The role
* Prepare technical drawings, models, and detailed design packages
* Liaise with consultants, contractors & clients to ensure smooth delivery
* Work across RIBA stages from planning through to construction
* Contribute to sustainable design solutions and best practice methods
* Support project teams on large-scale housing developments

* Experienced Architectural Technologist with strong technical design skills
* Proficient in Revit/AutoCAD (BIM experience advantageous)
* Background in residential or mixed-use developments
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
* Excellent communication & teamworking skills
