Veeqo is a multi-channel shipping software built to simplify fast-growth e-commerce. Acquired by Amazon in 2021, Veeqo helps sellers cut shipping costs while increasing the speed of fulfilling customer orders.
Role Overview
Selected candidate(s) as Seller Support Associates will serve as the first-line support partners, acting as the primary interface for our Veeqo customers by providing support via phone, email, and live chat.
Responsibilities
1. Provide timely and accurate operational support to customers on our internal platform.
2. Offer a first-class customer experience in all interactions.
3. Identify chronic system issues and provide process improvements and recommendations.
4. Develop internal documentation and contribute to a team environment.
5. Handle end-to-end ownership of seller interactions, demonstrating proactive problem solving.
6. Diffuse complex situations to ensure customer satisfaction, even under pressure.
Qualifications
* Advanced proficiency in the local language, both written and verbal.
* Relevant experience with data analytics to identify issues.
* Experience with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment.
* Language skills: Beginner or advanced in Spanish, Portuguese, German, or Japanese.
* Business acumen in e-commerce and retail is advantageous.
* Experience in customer service or contact centre environment is a plus.
