Salary: Up to £60,000 Those who settle at 10 George Street, 8 Water Street and Newfoundland enjoy care-free days with sun-soaked terraces, rooftop gardens, communal lounges and a packed programme of social events among a team dedicated to their experience. In 2026 and early 2027, 40 and 50-60 Charter Street will introduce over 900 new homes to Vertus. Canary Wharfs neighbourhood connects Vertus buildings. Its alive with shops, bars, restaurants, sports venues, green spaces, a GP and primary school, complemented by the calming waters of the historic docks. From 2025, guests can choose to stay in Vertus Edit aparthotels for a shorter, flexible and unforgettable visit to London. Vertus prides itself on being the one you spend time, share moments and feel great with. The brand strives for perfection in everything it does, so residents and guests feel they truly belong. Each apartment is made by CWG and managed by Team Vertus, the landlord based in the neighbourhood. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES At Vertus, we attribute much of our success to the strength of our Marketing efforts. To continue to build on the momentum created, were searching for a experienced Marketing Manager to work closely with the Director Communications and wider Vertus team. From day one, this individual will lead the Marketing function of Vertus through the creation, development and implementation of a dynamic and intelligent 360 marketing strategy and activations that continue to build the Vertus brand, drive awareness and leads and support the continued stabilisation of the Vertus portfolio and future Vertus product launches.The successful candidate will have ahigh attention to detail including precise and effective communication skills and a proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously In a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Deliver and lead a commercially intelligent 360 marketing strategy and activations to support and drive the Vertus brand across all relevant channels Identify and lead opportunities for brand evolution and growth of the Vertus brand inclusive of future building launches and diversification where relevant Lead campaign, creative agency and in-house design teams to ensure the continued positioning of Vertus as best-in-class build-to-rent (BTR) operator and support the achievement of the objectives defined in the annual Vertus Business Plan Identify the appropriate media mix for brand and tactical campaigns (where relevant) ensuring the process and learning can scale for all future campaigns Manage associated media agencies in the strategic direction, execution, and post buy / campaign analysis to ensure continued effective targeting and budget efficiency Lead and maintain ongoing processes and reporting of all marketing and media activity on a regular basis through the analysis of key metrics and the creation of comprehensive reports to help inform future brand strategy through learning.Reporting to include but not limited to key KPIs, media buy performance, digital and social analytics, SEO and Vertus resident demographics. using all relevant insight gained to evolve and strengthen the Vertus brand Drive consistent and innovative best practices across all stages of Vertus campaigns (planning, execution, buy management and analytics) to ensure Vertus continues to be positioned and viewed as a best-in-class Ensure excellent communication across multiple stakeholders internally and externally and all Vertus owned channels, through regular updates and status reports Amplify all relevant marketing campaigns and activations through close collaboration with relevant departments, including but not limited to the Vertus Leasing & Operations teams, Communications, Office Leasing, Retail and ArtsEvents Work in close collaboration with the Communications team to ensure all Vertus social content, inclusive of blog content is on brand and reflective of the Vertus tone of voice (TOV) Lead and coordinate all marketing events, including logistics, registrations, content and coordinating with vendors where relevant in close collaboration with the Vertus Events & Operations teams Create, proofread, and edit copy for all Vertus marketing channels, ensuring consistent, on-brand tone of voice Collaborate with relevant business divisions to improve use and functionality of the CRM platform and develop email marketing campaigns and programmes that are measurable, evaluating effectiveness and the application of all learnings to future campaigns while building databases and data segmentation For all initiatives, ensure resources are in place, budgets are optimised and projects are managed efficiently and on time Ownership and management of the Vertus marketing budget Lead the digital marketing strategy and agencies to ensure excellent execution of the Vertus brand across web and social Other duties as may be reasonably requested from time to time by the Managing Director Vertus, Director Leasing & Operations Vertus and Director - Communications PERSON SPECIFICATION Degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field Experience in marketing in similar position with proven track record of success in project management Depth of relevant marketing and communications experience gained in-house or in agency, preferably with exposure to premium / quality brands Strong marketing credentials including strategic analysis, brand positioning, campaign management and communications Experience of developing brand building strategies; protecting and enhancing brand equity and increasing competitive advantage. Commercially accountable with experience in managing budgets and adept at calculating return of investment and creating a robust business case to support activity. Proven ability to think strategically and execute plans methodically autonomously Must have strong organisational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as outstanding copywriting and proofreading skills Proven ability to develop content strategies and analyse insight data from appropriate sources to make the right decision. Passion for conceiving, designing, and building ideas Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines A team player with a flexible approach and creative flair. Must have strong analytical skills to analyse key metrics and create reports Good knowledge of digital marketing and social media channels.
