Parts Advisor Vacancy - Main Dealership
1. Location: Luton
2. Basic Salary: £31,000 + Bonus
3. OTE: £35,000
4. Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am – 6:00pm (1 hour lunch)
5. 1 in 2 Saturdays: 9:00am - 1:00pm

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Parts Advisor to join a highly regarded main dealership in Luton. This is a fantastic chance to become part of a modern, state-of-the-art site, working within a supportive aftersales team and a strong, well-established dealer group.

Parts Advisor Responsibilities:
7. Delivering excellent customer service to both internal teams and external customers
8. Assisting with parts identification, sourcing, and availability queries
9. Processing orders and managing the sale of vehicle parts and accessories
10. Maintaining an organised and efficient stock room
11. Monitoring, controlling, and replenishing stock levels
12. Ensuring all enquiries are handled promptly and professionally
13. Supporting workshop productivity through effective parts supply
Requirements:
14. Experienced in a similar motor trade or parts-based role (desirable)
15. Highly organised with strong attention to detail
16. Confident and professional when communicating with customers
17. IT literate and comfortable using systems for stock and ordering
18. Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
19. Proactive, reliable, and able to work well within a team
20. Able to use initiative and remain calm under pressure
