Job Title: Vice President – Client Services, Enablement & Controls
Location: Manchester, England, U.K. (Hybrid working - 4 Days on site)
Competitive salary: £65,000 – £80,000 per year, depending on experience
We are hiring multiple Vice Presidents across three key areas: Client Reporting and Investor Services, Client Onboarding and Enablement, and Risk and Compliance. Each Vice President will lead a dedicated function within our wealth and financial services operations, driving strategic initiatives, strengthening operational excellence, and delivering measurable impact.

About the Role:
We are seeking seasoned Vice Presidents to drive excellence across client services, enablement, and operational controls within our wealth and financial services operations. Each role will lead strategic initiatives within its respective function, enhancing client experiences, optimizing operational efficiency, and strengthening compliance across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead shareholder services, client onboarding, and control/compliance initiatives across the organization.
* Serve as a senior point of contact for key clients, ensuring an exceptional, high-touch experience.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Technology, Risk, and Wealth Management) to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
* Implement and maintain robust control and compliance frameworks, monitoring regulatory adherence and operational integrity.
* Manage performance metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement, leveraging digital tools and AI.
* Mentor and guide teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications preferred.
* Extensive experience in financial services operations, client service, onboarding, or controls/compliance.
* Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
* Proven track record in project/program management, process improvement, and risk management.
* Knowledge of financial regulations, KYC, auditing, and operational risk frameworks.
* Demonstrated ability to drive innovation through digital tools, AI, and data-driven decision making.
