1. Project Involvement:
o Assist in various engineering projects from inception to completion.
o Support project teams and contribute your knowledge and fresh perspective.
o Help ensure projects adhere to specified timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
2. Design and Analysis:
o Participate in engineering analysis and design for various projects including infrastructure, transportation, and utilities.
o Utilise state-of-the-art software and tools for modelling and analysis under supervision.
3. Regulatory Compliance:
o Learn and apply local, national, and international regulations and codes.
o Assist in obtaining necessary permits and approvals for projects.
4. Client Interaction:
o Support positive client relationships through effective communication and project support.
o Collaborate with clients to understand their project objectives and provide support in delivering tailored solutions.
5. Team Collaboration:
o Work effectively with multidisciplinary teams including architects, structural engineers, and environmental experts.
o Contribute to a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
6. Quality Assurance:
o Support the maintenance of precision and integrity in engineering designs by following rigorous quality control procedures.
o Help review and endorse project deliverables to uphold the highest standards.
7. Innovation:
o Stay informed about industry advancements, emerging technologies, and best practices.
o Contribute to innovative engineering solutions and sustainable practices.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Structural, or related field).
* Previous internship or work experience in engineering is an advantage but not required.
* Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and basic structural analysis tools is a plus.
* Knowledge of engineering principles, construction methodologies, and materials.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
* Strong commitment to safety, sustainability, and excellence in engineering practices.
