We are seeking an experienced Advanced Service Technician to deliver high-level technical support for commissioning, troubleshooting, upgrades, and servicing of equipment at customer sites and remotely. This role serves as a key resource for field teams and customers, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead/support installation, commissioning, and upgrades of equipment on-site
* Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC issues
* Provide technical guidance and training to field technicians and customers
* Deliver remote support via phone/email to ensure fast issue resolution
* Maintain accurate service reports, documentation, and system records
* Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams for continuous improvement
* Ensure compliance with all safety standards and procedures
Qualifications
* Associate degree or equivalent technical training
* 5+ years’ experience with industrial equipment (Signode or similar preferred)
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
* Knowledge of electrical, PLC, hydraulic, and mechanical systems
* Proficient in English and MS Office
* Team-oriented, reliable, and safety-focused
