The Role
As an Optical Assistant, you'll play an important role in ensuring every patient receives a smooth, reassuring, and high-quality experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
Welcoming patients and guiding them through their visit
Supporting dispensing, including frame and lens selection
Pre-screening and supporting clinics
Adjustments, repairs, and collections
Supporting the day-to-day running of the practice
Delivering consistently high standards of customer careAbout You
This role would suit someone who:
Has previous experience working as an Optical Assistant
Is confident, warm, and professional with patients
