Requirements
* Minimum 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or strategic sales role
* Proven background in Freight Forwarding or Express Parcels sales
* Strong track record of winning and developing Air, Sea, and EU Road freight business
* Previous experience mentoring or managing a sales team is a bonus
* Genuine passion for logistics, customer service, and business growth
* A self‑starter with energy, resilience, and entrepreneurial flair
