Overview
A unique opportunity to get involved with Wales' leading events company, who create and run 7 annual music festivals and over 500 annual club shows across the South Wales and South West area. A rapidly expanding company with plenty of room to grow and develop within the role.
Due to how fast we are growing we are now looking to expand our finance team and recruit an assistant accountant. This is a great opportunity for someone to be involved in a fast-paced exciting business that comes with high rewards.
The right person for this role would ideally be:

Responsibilities
* Completing purchase orders
* Managing payroll
* Completing financial reports on a regular basis and providing information to the finance team
* Assisting with budgets
* Monthly Management Accounts
* Managing company ledgers
* Processing business expenses
* Managing day-to-day transactions
* Recording office expenditures and ensuring these expenses are within the set budget
* Assisting the finance department and senior accounting staff members with various tasks, including preparing budgets, records, and statements
* Assisting in the Preparation of annual budgets
* Completing the year-end analysis
* Reporting on debtors and creditors
* Handling accruals and prepayments
* Managing monthly budgeting tasks
* Sorting financial documents and posting them to the proper accounts
* Resolving errors in financial reports and correcting faulty reporting methods
* Assisting in festival activities as require
Qualifications/Attributes
* Have 3 years minimum experience in a similar role
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Part qualified preferably with an ambition to progress
* Knowledge of the Music Industry
* Driving license
